Meet the Team
Management Team
Zoe Sutton and Helena Mills started Bright Beginnings Day Nursery in 2008 when we were looking for good quality childcare for our own children. We both have backgrounds in working in early years childcare and education and we bring our own experiences as parents to develop our nursery. We are supported by a dedicated Top Team, Katie Butler our Deputy Nursery Manager and both Lisa Lakin and Kate Hardgrave our Senior Nursery Nurses.
The Staff
The staff at Bright Beginnings Day Nursery are a highly motivated, professional and experienced team.
They have been carefully considered and chosen due to their genuine devotion to children. All staff
are qualified Nursery Nurses or have had many years of childcare experience. It is the policy of the
nursery to encourage ongoing staff training and professional development. All our staff are CRB Checked.
Between us we have a variety of qualifications and experience in the business and childcare sector, as well as 15 children and feel passionate about what we do at Bright Beginnings Day Nursery!
Zoe is also a Community governor at Walton-On-Trent C OF E Primary and Nursery School.
