THE BRIGHT BEGINNINGS TEAM
Management Team
- Zoe Sutton
It was always my clear ambition to provide high-quality, inclusive, care and education for all, but in a home from home, warm and caring environment. I feel so proud and honoured as one of the Director’s of Bright Beginnings Day Nursery to be a part of providing each and every one of our families with this opportunity. With over 25 years of experience in childcare development, most within the private sector and Management, I strive to ensure our vision impacts us all, from the staff we recruit to the curriculum we teach, all our children and families are at the heart of everything we offer. I am fully qualified, committed, creative and an enthusiastic individual, as the nursery owner, I am fully committed to my role and to giving children the best possible start in life. It’s a pleasure to support local links outside of our setting and I’ve enjoyed my roles on the governing body of a local school. I will aim and continue to do everything possible to provide a nurturing environment and value the families we care for with a true solid foundation for their futures. I’m very lucky to have 2 wonderful children, whom I adore, both attended Bright Beginnings and I’m proud to say they’re both thriving.

Our Early Years Practitioners at Bright Beginnings are an experienced and highly skilled team with all staff at least level 3 qualifications. We also support the apprenticeship scheme in training new students to Level 3. We have a core of long serving staff who have been with Bright Beginnings since we opened, with a high percentage who have been with us for over 5 years.
The staff to child ratios are set by Ofsted and are as follows:
- Little Stars (0-2 years): 1:3
- Rising Stars (2-3 years): 1:4
- Shooting Stars (3-5 years): 1:8
